Skin Care at Civano offers relaxing facials and peels, in addition to waxing services. We often hear from clients that they are so busy, they don’t have time to take care of themselves the way they would like. We listened and have created a whole new menu that provides far greater flexibility. Sophisticated men and women around the world know that taking care of their skin is just as important as providing nourishing food for their bodies. Our new menu reflects some different styles around the world.
Treatment Options
Select one of the following treatments to be used with any of the menu items.
Moisturizing: This could be blueberries, peaches or even chocolate for dry or mature skin.
Sensitive or Rosacea skin types: A gentle facial featuring Sweet Red Roses.
Oily or acne prone skin: A deeply cleansing facial utilizing a Pear and Poppy seed scrub and products specially designed to deal with excess oil.
Normal skin types: An anti-oxidant facial to help prevent free radical damage utilizing any of a number of healing botanicals.
Anti-aging facial: Luscious strawberries and rhubarb with natural Hyaluronic acid to quench and replenish the skin.
Detox facial: This is perfect for oily or mature skin. This three level exfoliant treatment increases metabolism and detoxifies the skin. *Not available with the New Yorker.*

The New Yorker: Get in, get out, and get on with your life! A thirty minute facial including cleansing, exfoliation, mask, toner and moisturizer.
The British..................................................................$50
Efficient, a little pampering, but nothing excessive, and must be on special! This treatment will be the “Flavor of the month” and will promote one of our many different options. This fifty minute treatment will always include cleansing, exfoliation, brief facial massage, mask, toner, moisturizer and an application of lotion to arms and hands. Check the specials page for this month’s “Flavor.”

The Parisian...............................................................$60
A little more pampering, because she or he deserves it. This one hour facial includes a thorough cleansing, exfoliation mask, facial massage with mask, brief hand and arm massage, and a “leave on” therapeutic mask. The treatment is completed with a toner and moisturizer.
The Californian.....................................................$70
More laid back and includes some extras. This one hour and ten minute treatment includes a thorough cleansing, exfoliation mask, facial massage with mask, hand and arm massage, a “leave on” therapeutic mask, toner, serum application specific to your skin, lip treatment and moisturizer.
The Mediterranean.............................................$90
This Spa goer wants to be pampered from head to toe. This luxurious 90 min treatment is the ultimate in rejuvenation for skin, mind and body! It includes a thorough cleansing, exfoliation mask, facial massage with mask, and a hand and arm massage. Whilst a therapeutic mask is applied, you are treated to a relaxing foot scrub and foot massage. The treatment is completed with toner, serum application specific to your skin and moisturizer. In addition there is a four step eye treatment, and a three step lip treatment! This is truly a mini-vacation!
LED (Light Emitting Diode) Therapy:
LED Therapy is a safe, but effective use of advanced light technology designed to help diminish the visible appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and age spots on the face, neck and hands by promoting collagen firmness. The LED Therapy uses photopulsation technology allowing people to have a painless, effective and safe, non-invasive cosmetic skin care application in the comfort and convenience of a salon. Revitalight, the leader in Intense LED light technology, is the only LED light that uses patented Intense LED focused light and patented multiple frequencies for proven results.
Time is purchased at $2 per minute with the average treatment being 15 minutes scheduled approximately two weeks apart.
Acne is treated with a different blue light and is also $2 per minute with the average treatment being 20 minutes. Treatments are every two to three days and the number of treatments varies, depending on how long it takes for the problem to clear up.
Please allow 30 minutes for either treatment.
Back Treatment ....................................................$45
A back treatment is a cleansing and exfoliation of the back, followed by a deep relaxing massage.
Pineapple Enzyme Non-Chemical Peel....$60
This gentle peel exfoliates without irritation, infuses the skin with active vitamins and bioflavinoids, hydrates and helps plump the skin. Good for all skin types
Yam and Pumpkin Pro Enzyme Non-Chemical Peel....$60
This peel stimulates collagen production, helps to reduce fine lines, deeply hydrates the skin and has antioxidant and anti-aging benefits.
Blueberry Detox Firming Peel....................$70
This treatment is good for all skin types especially dry, mature, thick and sun damaged. Not for sensitive or rosacea skin types. This is the strongest enzyme peel that Eminence has produced. This treatment detoxifies, refines and clarifies the skin, minimizes and clears clogged pores, removes dead skin and allows greater penetration of other products. After the peel, a nourishing mask of Hibiscus Calendula is applied. This treatment is especially good for sun damaged skin. The skin is then toned and an appropriate moisturizer applied. The treatment is finished with an application of eye cream and lip balm.

FULL BODY TREATMENT………………….......…..$90
This luxurious treatment starts with a Pear and Green Apple body sugar scrub to exfoliate and increase circulation. This is followed by a relaxing soak in a warm tub scented with lavender and roses. Wrapped in a huge bath sheet, you will return to a warm bed where a luxurious body cream of with Pear and Green Apple soufflé will be applied head to toe. This treatment benefits the skin by providing nutrients, eliminating dead skin and leaving the skin silky smooth. The benefits to ones well being are too numerous to mention.
TEEN FACIAL……………………………...………….$45
Start your teen off right, with a facial that provides thorough cleansing, a pineapple peel, extractions if needed, and a grapefruit clarifying mask. Your teen will also be provided with written instructions for home care to keep their skin clean and breakouts to a minimum.
COSMETIC MAKEOVER…………………...………..$20
Skin Care at Civano is proud to be the only salon in the area that carries NVEY-Eco organic cosmetics. Free of harmful chemicals, the luxurious colors and textures will thrill you, but what are the best ones for you? This makeover will provide instruction on techniques and shades best suited to you and your skin. The $20 fee will go towards any purchase made during the makeover. Please allow one hour.
